Description
This glazed porcelanin figurine is manufactured by Nao, a brand of the Lladro Group. The sculpture depicts a stylized woman with long grey hair cradling an infant. The figure wears a white top and pale blue trousers, leaning against a tan-colored architectural base. The piece features elongated forms and a muted pastel color palette. The underside of the base contains a blue stamped factory mark with the script name NAO and the words MADE IN SPAIN. The base also features the incised model number 1213-S and a small incised mark near the central vent hole.

Condition report:
The figurine is in excellent condition. A visual inspection shows no chips, cracks, or evidence of professional repair to the delicate edges of the veil or the extremities. There is minor surface shelf wear and light soiling on the unglazed foot rim of the base.
