Description
A postmodern table lamp attributed to Rougier, featuring a stylized tulip or floral design. The sculptural body is constructed from multiple overlapping and tiered white molded acrylic petals that flare outward and upward from a central point. The petals are gathered at the bottom by a chrome-finished metal collar. The assembly is mounted on a square black laminate base finished with a silver-toned metal trim along the lower edge. The interior contains a single light socket designed to be shielded by the surrounding petals.
Condition report:
The item is in good overall condition. There are no visible cracks or significant chips to the white acrylic components. Light surface scuffing and minor wear consistent with age and use are present. The chrome hardware and base show minor surface wear. Electrical wiring is present; however, the lamp has not been tested for functionality and is sold as-is.
