Description
A Lladro glazed porcelain figurine titled Child on Hobby Horse, model number 1452. The piece depicts a young child wearing light-colored pajamas seated on a wheeled hobby horse. The horse is decorated with brown spots and a blue mane, mounted on a rectangular base featuring four blue wheels. The figurine is finished in a characteristic palette of soft pastel colors. The underside of the base contains several markings including an impressed factory mark reading MADE IN SPAIN below a stylized bell logo and the name LLADRO. The model number 1452 is impressed above the factory mark. A hand-painted artist or finisher mark in blue-gray pigment, resembling a stylized letter A, is present on the right side of the base. A central firing hole is visible, accompanied by small incised characters.

Condition report:
The figurine is in excellent condition. A visual inspection shows no chips, cracks, or evidence of professional repair to the delicate edges of the veil or the extremities. There is minor surface shelf wear and light soiling on the unglazed foot rim of the base.
