Description
This is a figural tequila decanter produced by Azulejos for the Skelly brand. The vessel is constructed of glazed earthenware and modeled in the form of a human skeletal torso. The removable stopper is shaped as a skull and is decorated with a tied red and gold paisley patterned fabric bandana. The exterior is finished in a high-gloss beige glaze with hand-painted black glaze accents defining the ribs, spinal column, and facial features of the skull. A circular black label on the front is printed with the text Blanco Skelly 100% De Agave Ultra Premium Tequila 40% Alc. Vol. Cont. Net. 750 ml A Product By Azulejos. The reverse features a rectangular white paper label with a barcode, health warnings, and production details identifying the distiller as Destiladora del Valle de Tequila, S.A. de C.V. in Mexico and the importer as Tequila International Inc. of Houston, Texas.
Condition report:
The item is in good condition with no visible chips, cracks, or repairs. The neck and stopper remain sealed in the original clear plastic wrapping, indicating the bottle is unopened.
