Description
A pair of Indian multi-gemstone chandelier-style drop earrings crafted in sterling silver. The earrings feature an articulated, multi-tiered construction. The design begins with a floral-motif top section that leads to a central square-cut gemstone connector. The lower section consists of a wide, triangular frame set with an array of multi-colored faceted gemstones, terminating in seven independent pear-shaped gemstone drops. The stones include garnet, peridot, amethyst, citrine, and blue topaz in various cuts, including pear, marquise, and square. The earrings are fitted with post backs for pierced ears and come with plastic disc and metal butterfly clutches. Each earring is stamped 925 on the reverse of the central square gemstone set
Condition report:
Good vintage condition. There is noticeable natural patina and surface tarnish on the silver components consistent with age. All gemstones appear to be present and intact.
