Description
This decorative canister is a product of Maitland-Smith Ltd., handcrafted in Thailand. The vessel features a turned wood body with a dark, polished finish that displays visible wood grain patterns, particularly on the base. It is topped with a heavy cast metal lid featuring a radial fluted or gadrooned design and a spherical finial. The underside of the piece bears the original gold foil manufacturer label identifying the maker and origin.
